What an incredible weekend! To the volunteers who hosted the booth at the Sourwood festival, as well as those who helped prepare cups, literature, and lug cooler after cooler of ice from the mountain to Main Street --- You Guys ROCK! We managed to give away about 600 liters of Mountain Dew from the Mountain View Booth, served in some 3000 or so 8 ounce cups with ice... Now that's a lot of caffeine floating around on the streets of Black Mountain! The folks who stopped by the booth took away huge quantities of information, books, booklets, flyers, cards, and a lot of smiles from those of you who served them. The greatest thing we shared on Saturday and Sunday however, was the love of Christ. And literally thousands of folks experienced that love from this family of faith. Believe it or not, we had visitors in both services Sunday who heard about us from the booth at Sourwood! Let's pray that those who will be visiting our website to sign up for the free Ipod giveaway will respond to the Gospel message.

Sweet update from Sourwood
I have to tell you all that I am so blessed to be a part of such a loving, caring, serving group of people. Thank you for exalting Christ and sharing His love with Western North Carolina!
