What an incredible weekend! I believe that was one of the top 5 Sundays since I've been here. It's amazing what God will do when we get out of His way!!!
1. I was overwhelmed at the response after the cardboard testimonies.
2. Thanks to the folks who told their story. That took lots of guts and humility. But it shows that you are being healed; you're over-comers; and God has a great plan for your life.
3. Thanks to all the soldiers, sailors, airmen/women, and marines who paid the ultimate sacrifice so that we can enjoy the freedom we have today. You all will never be forgotten.
4. We are getting a lot of requests for membership. The first step is to call Foster Massey and set up a time to go thru the new member meeting.
5. I hope you all really took something home with you from this series. I believe this could be the pathway to freedom for many of you if you'll put it into practice.
6. New series begins next week - Toxic. You don't want to miss this one.
7. I am so excited about what God is doing at MVC right now, but I also believe this is just the tip of the iceberg. He wants more for our church than we do. He loves the church more than we do. He wants us to grow more than we do. And if we'll let Him, He will do all that and much, much more!!!
